Delivery & Collection Terms
These terms explain how Dreytech handles delivery timelines, delivery fees, package inspection, repair collection, warranty coverage, ownership verification, and customer support.
Overview
At Dreytech, every refurbished Apple device undergoes a comprehensive inspection, professional refurbishment process, and quality assurance testing before delivery.
Devices are supplied with our warranty coverage and a detailed device condition report where applicable.
1. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. In-stock products are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location within Ghana.
While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
- Greater Accra Region: 1–2 business days
- Major cities and regional capitals: 2–4 business days
- Remote locations: 3–7 business days
2. Delivery Fees
We deliver nationwide across Ghana.
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order size and will be displayed before checkout is completed.
From time to time, Dreytech may offer free delivery promotions for selected products, locations, or order values.
3. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to carefully inspect their package before accepting delivery.
If the package shows any of the following signs, please refuse the delivery and immediately notify the courier representative.
Where possible, request that the courier records the issue before the package is returned. This helps us resolve replacement or insurance claims more efficiently.
- Physical damage
- Tampering
- Water exposure
- Missing contents
- Broken security seals
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach the recipient using the provided contact information, additional delivery attempts may be made.
Orders that remain undeliverable or unclaimed may be returned to Dreytech.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect delivery information or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
The recipient, or an authorized representative acting on their behalf, must be available to receive and sign for the package.
Once delivery has been confirmed by signature, OTP verification, or courier confirmation, responsibility for the product transfers to the recipient.
6. Device Collection for Repairs
Customers submitting devices for repair may choose one of the available collection or delivery options.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices for service. Dreytech is not liable for loss of personal data during diagnostic procedures, repairs, software restoration, or device replacement.
- Visit our service location in person.
- Request a pickup service where available.
- Arrange delivery through an approved courier.
7. Repair Completion & Collection
Customers will be notified once repairs have been completed.
Devices should be collected within 30 days of repair completion unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
Devices left uncollected beyond this period may be subject to storage fees.
8. Warranty Coverage
Refurbished devices and eligible repairs include a limited warranty covering defects related to workmanship and installed parts.
Full warranty terms are available upon request and may vary depending on the service or product purchased.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Liquid damage
- Physical abuse or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues caused by third-party applications
9. Ownership Verification
For security purposes, customers may be required to provide proof of ownership before a device can be serviced, released, or collected.
Dreytech reserves the right to refuse service where ownership cannot be reasonably verified.
