Apple Parts Transparency Policy

Dreytech is committed to transparency regarding replacement parts used in repairs and refurbished devices.

We believe customers should understand exactly what is being installed in their devices.

Types of Parts We May Use

Dreytech may use different categories of replacement parts depending on availability, repair type, customer approval, and device requirements.

  • Genuine Apple parts where available and sourced through approved channels
  • Original equipment quality parts manufactured to meet high performance standards and compatibility requirements
  • Professionally refurbished original Apple components that have been tested and verified for functionality

Customer Approval

Customers will be informed of the part category being used before repair authorization.

Where multiple options are available, customers may choose between alternatives based on performance, availability, and cost.

Performance Expectations

While many premium replacement components perform comparably to original parts, certain software features, calibration functions, or system notifications may vary depending on device model and part type.

Any known limitations will be disclosed before repair approval.

No Misrepresentation

Dreytech will never intentionally misrepresent a replacement component as a genuine Apple part if it is not.

Transparency and honesty form a core part of our service standards.

Quality Assurance

All installed components undergo testing and quality control procedures before device release.

Only components meeting Dreytech quality standards are approved for customer devices.
