By using Dreytech’s website, submitting a service request, requesting an estimate, purchasing a refurbished device, or engaging our support channels, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services or submit a device for repair.

2. Services Provided

Dreytech provides Apple device diagnostics, repair support, restoration services, refurbished device sales, trade-in support, delivery coordination, and related technical guidance.

Service availability may vary depending on device type, fault condition, parts availability, customer location, and technician assessment.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided online, by phone, through messaging platforms, or on the website is indicative only.

Final pricing may change after physical inspection, diagnostic testing, parts confirmation, or discovery of additional faults.

Repairs will only proceed after customer approval of the quoted cost.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, device information, delivery details, and ownership information where required.

Customers must back up personal data before submitting devices for diagnosis, repair, restoration, or replacement.

Customers must remove security locks, disable Find My where required, and provide access needed to complete diagnostics or testing.

5. Device Ownership and Legality

Customers must only submit devices they legally own or are authorized to service.

Dreytech may request proof of ownership before servicing, releasing, buying, or accepting a device for trade-in.

Dreytech reserves the right to refuse service where ownership cannot be reasonably verified or where a device presents legal, security, or safety concerns.

6. Repairs and Warranty

Eligible repairs and refurbished devices may include limited warranty coverage as stated at the time of service or sale.

Warranty coverage is subject to Dreytech’s Warranty Policy and does not cover excluded issues such as accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, or unrelated faults.

7. Refurbished Device Sales

Refurbished devices are inspected, tested, and described based on their condition at the time of sale.

Customers are encouraged to review product condition, specifications, warranty information, and return eligibility before purchase.

8. Delivery and Collection

Delivery, pickup, and repair collection are subject to Dreytech’s Delivery & Collection Terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive or collect devices within the required timeframe.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to Dreytech’s Return & Refund Policy.

Completed repair services are generally non-refundable once work has been performed, except where an approved warranty remedy applies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dreytech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services, website, repairs, delivery, or products.

Dreytech’s liability shall not exceed the original amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

11. Website Use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
